One on One Training
Clients start with a full evaluation including review of medical and general fitness history, musculoskeletal screen and assessment and Functional Movement Screen (FMS), a written overview of findings and individualized recommendation. FMS is a grading system that documents movement patterns that are key to normal function and identifies functional limitations and asymmetries. The FMS generates the Functional Movement Screen Score, which is used to target problems and track progress. This scoring system is directly linked to the most beneficial corrective exercises to restore mechanically sound movement patterns. Personal training sessions are about an hour and include an initial evaluation, movement screen and written overview

Small Group Training
A great alternative to crowded gym classes.
These super-small groups allow for more individualized attention with a motivating group dynamic! Class sessions run for 8-10 weeks, and are offered 1 time per week for about 50 minutes.
My small group training sessions are unique each week and use combinations of The TRX Suspension Trainer, kettle bells, Sandbags, dumbbells and body weight for the perfect balance of cardio, strength, and core, focusing on stability, mobility and a metabolic blast! All classes are appropriate for the beginner to advanced athlete with my ability to progress or regress movements.

G.A.T. Girls Athletic Training
Designed for middle school and high school females, interested in learning about athletic physical preparation for high school athletics and weight room training. Learn HOW to train with foundational skills for athletic performance and build confidence in the gym.
